Do you ship outside of the UK?

Currently, TGG does not offer shipping outside of the UK. All UK orders are shipped with buyers’ selected Royal Mail delivery type within 24 hours of the purchase being complete.

What is your refund policy?

At TGG, my number one goal is customer satisfaction. I can offer a refund upon item return if the item received is not as described by me.

Yes. Everything sold at TheGarmsGuy undergoes thorough authenticity checks, from in-store workers to authentication apps, before being sold.
